Holly began working in group homes for adults with disabilities while she was in university and continued after graduating. After living abroad and doing some traveling, she pursued her interest in Massage Therapy. Holly graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in June 2014 and is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia.
During her time at school, she gained practical experience in pregnancy clinics and neurology clinics, working with a variety of conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, strokes, and spinal cord injuries. She also took part doing massage for community events such at the Bluenose Marathon, Bust-a-Move, Relay for Life and more.
Holly chooses to look at the body as a whole. She personally strives to achieve and maintain optimal health and this is the same goal that she has for her patients. As a believer in both wellness care and injury prevention, she uses a diverse and holistic approach. She is a strong believer that an active lifestyle and positive attitude go a long way toward healthy living and is eager to assist with the healing touch of massage!
